ABOUT
Le Théâtre des Rêves Délirants is a one-of-a-kind dining concept, imagined and brought to life by The Table alongside some of the most respected names in contemporary gastronomy and art.
This October, Michelin-starred Chef Paco Pérez steps away from his acclaimed kitchens to craft an unrepeatable menu. Acclaimed artist Karenina Fabrizzi transforms the space into an immersive dreamscape. Hosted in collaboration with Moco Museum and Horitzó, this is more than a dinner, it is an experience designed to astonish and linger long after the night ends.
Our partners share a single vision: to create a fleeting moment that cannot be replicated, where exceptional food, provocative art, and true connection meet behind closed doors. Every detail is intentional, every guest part of the story.
This is not a typical evening out. It’s an invitation into a world that exists for a few nights only, then disappears, leaving only memory behind.

EXPERIENCE
LOCATION
Le Théâtre des Rêves Délirants is not meant to be documented, it’s meant to be felt. Phones are switched off. Seats are few. What happens inside stays between those at the table.
For a handful of nights, a space on the edge of Barcelona is transformed into an immersive dining installation. One long table. One vision. Paco Pérez crafts a one-off menu never to be served again. Karenina Fabrizzi builds a living art world that wraps around you. Together with Moco Museum and Horitzó, the night unfolds as a sensory journey of taste, scent, sound and surprise, designed to stir conversation, spark connection and dissolve the outside world.
No menus. No spoilers. Just you and the moment.

OUR ARTISTS
At the heart of Le Théâtre des Rêves Délirants are two visionary creators: multi–Michelin-starred chef Paco Pérez and acclaimed contemporary artist Karenina Fabrizzi. Together, they dissolve the boundary between kitchen and canvas, shaping a world where every bite and brushstroke speak the same language, emotion, memory, and sensory depth.
Paco Pérez stands among Europe’s most celebrated culinary figures. Across his restaurants, from Miramar on Spain’s Costa Brava to Enoteca Paco Pérez at Hotel Arts Barcelona, he holds five Michelin stars, each earned through decades of pushing gastronomy forward. Revered for his technical precision and poetic storytelling through food, Paco crafts dishes that are ephemeral by design: rooted in place, alive in the moment, never to be repeated. For Le Théâtre des Rêves Délirants, he steps away from his kitchens to create a once-in-a-lifetime tasting experience, imagined solely for these few nights.
Karenina Fabrizzi is an italian visual artist based in Barcelona whose work has been exhibited and collected internationally. Known for her deeply emotive paintings and immersive installations, her art explores the tension between beauty and decay, intimacy and exposure. For Le Théâtre des Rêves Délirants, she transforms the dining space into a living artwork, an evolving installation that shifts with the evening, surrounding guests in visuals that amplify the flavours, mood, and atmosphere of each course.
Together, Paco and Karenina don’t simply serve a meal or stage an exhibition. They invite you inside a fleeting world, crafted to linger long after the night ends.
